Check of a condition of system of production of the fulfilled gases

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check should be made at the cold engine therefore it is better to be engaged in it before the first trip for the present day or not earlier than in three hours after engine switching off. Check a condition twist release systems, beginning from the engine and finishing a cut of an exhaust pipe. In an ideal this check should be carried out at the car lifted on the winch when from below to it there is a free access. If the winch is inaccessible, поддомкратьте the car and reliably establish it on support.
  2. Examine pipes and trumpet connections on existence of signs of development of leaks, strong corrosion and mechanical damages. Check a condition and reliability of fastening of all brackets and подвесов systems.

Podvesa, located near the catalytic converter usually are made of heat resisting rubber and differ red color.

The most probable place of emergence of leaks - welded seams

  1. At the same time examine the car bottom on existence of holes, the corrosion, the dispersed seams and the other defects allowing penetration of fulfilled gases in salon of the car. Close up all openings suitable hermetic.
  2. The release system, often is a source of a roar and other unpleasant sounds. Shake and pull pipes, exhaust silencers and the catalytic converter. If any of components adjoin to elements of a body or suspension bracket details, replace fixture of system of release.   3. Examine the electroconducting brought to a lambda probe. In case of need replace established on a reception pipe a lambda probe.
  4. Survey of an internal surface of an exhaust pipe allows to define the current working state of the engine. The structure of deposits in a pipe speaks about quality of settings of the engine. If the pipe from within black and smoked, it can indicate that it is necessary to check fuel system carefully.
