 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the inlet pipeline of the engine of a series 111 are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  3. Remove a bypass pipe of an air purifier.
  4. Disconnect vacuum and electric lines.
  5. Remove the fuel highway assembled with injectors (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  6. Liberate from intermediate clamps on the inlet pipeline engine electroconducting.
  7. Disconnect electroconducting from sensors of provision of a cranked shaft (CKP) and a detonation (KS).
  8. Disconnect from a starter a contour 50.
  9. Remove the actuation mechanism of system of stabilization of turns of idling (ISC).
  10. Separate from the inlet pipeline a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve.
  11. Release fixing bolts (19/1) and nuts (19/2) and remove assembly of the inlet pipeline (19).
  12. Installation is made upside-down.
  13. In summary check correctness of installation of turns of idling and serviceability of functioning of a drive of a butterfly valve.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the inlet pipeline of engines of series 112 and 113 are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. On the models equipped with the electronic switch of ignition (EIS), take a key from the ignition lock.
  3. Remove an overlay of covers of heads cylinders/air purifier.
  4. Remove a sleeve of an inlet air path assembled with the sensor of weight of air (MAF).
  5. Disconnect from a toplivoraspredelitel submitting line (17/2).
  6. Remove the fuel highway assembled with injectors (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  7. Turn out bolts (2/1) fastenings of a cover of a head of cylinders.
  8. Disconnect from the inlet pipeline (19) vacuum lines.
  9. Disunite electric sockets.
  10. Unscrew a shtutserny nut and disconnect the line (89/2) from the valve (89) of system of a retsirkulyatsiya of the fulfilled gases (EGR).
  11. Turn out a bolt (19/1) and remove assembly of the combined valve (6).
  12. Remove the inlet pipeline (19).
  13. Installation is made upside-down.
