|
|
- Remove panels of furnish of a cover of a head of cylinders.
- Remove nozzles (Y76).
- Uncover heads of cylinders (12).
- Turning a cranked shaft in the normal direction, bring the engine into position VMT of the piston of the first cylinder, - labels on bodies of camshafts and covers of bearings should be combined (shooters).
- Block an inlet camshaft (2), having passed a special core (3) through a cover of the bearing and having entered it into an opening (And) a driving gear wheel (5).
- Remove a natyazhitel of a chain (10) (see. Section Removal and installation of components of a drive of GRM).
- Remove a forward cover of a head of cylinders (see. Section Removal and installation of covers of a drive of GRM).
- Remove top directing to a chain (see. Section Removal and installation of components of a drive of GRM).
- Mark the provision of a chain on an asterisk of a drive of camshafts (6).
- To Otboltita an asterisk (6) also remove it from a pin of a final camshaft (1).
- Previously having marked, remove covers of bearings of camshafts (8).
- Carefully take camshafts (1 and 2) from a head of cylinders.

Installation
|
|
- Establish camshafts on the regular places in a head of cylinders, - track observance of requirements of base installation (see. Section Installation of base provision of camshafts).
- Bring the engine into situation 30 ° before VMT of the piston of the first cylinder.
- Being verified with the marking put in the course of dismantle, establish to the place of a cover of bearings (8).
- Block an inlet camshaft (2) core (3).
- Plant a driving asterisk (6) on a pin of a final camshaft (1).
- Establish a natyazhitel of a chain (10).
- Make sure of observance of requirements of base installation of camshafts (see. Section Installation of base provision of camshafts).
- Establish a cover of a head of cylinders (12).
- Clean and establish nozzles (Y76) (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Establish panels of furnish of a cover of a head of cylinders.
- Start the engine and check it on existence of signs of development of leaks.
- In summary make cleaning of memory of the module of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).

Face covers of camshafts

- Details of installation of face covers of camshafts are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
- Remove camshafts (1 and 2) (see above).
- Having hooked a suitable screw-driver, take a cover (3) of a face part of a back pin of a camshaft, - try not to damage walls of a landing nest.
- Clean and degrease a nest under cover installation.
- By means of a suitable opravka plant in a shaft pin a new face cover on demanded depth.

|
- Disconnect the air distributor.
- Disconnect an inlet sleeve of a path of pressurization of air from a head of cylinders and a turbokompressor and wring out it aside.
- Uncover nozzles.
- Remove nozzles (Y76).
- Uncover (2) corresponding heads of cylinders.
- Remove bypass a sleeve of a path of pressurization of air.
- Remove the vacuum pump (4).
- Having turned a cranked shaft in the normal direction, bring the engine into position VMT of the piston of the first cylinder, - labels on bodies of camshafts and their covers should be combined.
- Block an inlet camshaft (6), having passed a core (7) through a cover of the first bearing and having filled it in an opening (And) in a driving gear wheel (8).
- At work on the right head, operating through a window in a forward cover, plant the holder on an asterisk of a drive of camshafts (10). On the left head the special holder fastens on a head of cylinders, is put on a driving asterisk (10) and fixed by bolts (14) covers of a head of cylinders.
- Separate a driving asterisk (10) from a pin of a final camshaft (12).
- Remove covers (13) bearings of camshafts (6 and 12) and take last of a head of cylinders, - an asterisk leave fixed in the holder.

Installation
|
|
- Lay camshafts on the regular places in a head of cylinders, - track observance of requirements of base installation (see. Section Installation of base provision of camshafts).
- Level camshafts on persistent bearings (shooter).
- By means of a core (7) block an inlet camshaft (6).
- Attach an asterisk (10) to a pin of a final shaft (12).
- Make sure of observance of requirements of base installation (see. Section Removal and installation of components of a drive of GRM).
- Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
- Start the engine and check it on existence of signs of development of leaks.
- In summary make cleaning of memory of the module of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).

Face covers of camshafts

- Remove camshafts (1 and 2) (see above).
- Having hooked a suitable screw-driver, take a cover (3) of a face part of a back pin of a camshaft, - try not to damage walls of a landing nest.
- Clean and degrease a nest under cover installation.
- By means of a suitable opravka plant in a shaft pin a new face cover on demanded depth.

- Fix in the landing nests the pushers (5) valves equipped with hydrojacks.

Alternatively pushers can be taken from a bed of shaft, however it is not necessary to use a magnet for this purpose, - magnetization of pushers is fraught with accumulation on them metal sawdust! |
- Take a bed of camshafts (10).
- Installation is made upside-down.
- Start the engine and check it on existence of signs of development of leaks.
- In summary make cleaning of memory of the module of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).
